TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE AS OF 01/11/2007

TERMS OF BUSINESS
Aspley Nursery reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice. Payments may be made by cash, bank cheque, Electronic payment  MasterCard, or Visa. All transactions are on a COD basis unless an account has been established.
A Credit Application form will be forwarded on request.
Our trading terms are 30 days from date of invoice. Overdue accounts will attract a daily interest charge equivalent to the current credit card rate. An accounting fee of $10.00 will be charged in addition to Bank Costs for any dishonoured cheques. Purchasers will incur ALL costs in relation to debt recovery.

DELIVERY
A minimum freight charge of $29.00 will apply to all orders under $250.00 (GST inclusive). Deliveries over $2,500 will be freight free in the Brisbane Area. Delivery is to the property alignment or as near as possible. Freight free delivery does not apply when freight is quoted for the delivery of larger or ex ground plants, this will be quoted on an individual basis and is not subject to discount.

Our delivery price includes delivery to the property alignment of the site. Delivery onsite is at the discretion of the driver keeping in mind the safety of the driver and truck and also access to the site. Unless otherwise organised waiting time on site will be charged at $70 per hour or part there of.    

REBATES & DISCOUNTS
A rebate on freight may be offered to Aspley Nursery Account Customers for Metro deliveries over $200.00 value whenever payments are received within 14 days. The rebate amount and the due date and amount will be shown on the invoice when this is applicable. Settlement discounts are only available where accounts are current and can not be applied where an account is outside our trading terms.  All discounts and rebates are given at the discretion of management and do not apply for exground or larger containers.

CANCELLED ORDERS 
A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for orders cancelled after stock has been sourced, 
assembled and/or loaded on transport. Charges for delays in delivery due to weather do not apply.

RETURNS POLICY
Stock damaged during transport after dispatch from Aspley Nursery is the responsibility of your nominated carrier. All claims must be made to our office within one working day. Once stock has been stored or planted or been at risk of infestation from “Red Imported Fire Ants” it cannot be returned to our premises.  A 15% restocking fees applies to all stock returned from a non Fire Ant area, acceptance of stock will be at Aspley Nursery's discretion.
Should any plant fail to perform, Aspley Nursery endeavours to resolve the issue to customer satisfaction so please contact us as soon as possible.

INACTIVE ACCOUNTS
Where there has been no trading for a period of 12 months, customer may be required to submit a new Credit Application Form before the order is processed for delivery.
To comply with ATO regulations an ABN # or full name and address is required for all transactions over $1,000.00.GST incl)
